When this place was brand new it was amazing. They were later bought out by a different company and re-branded. The new owners appear to have let the machine fall apart and the big vertical spinning brushes no longer contact the vehicle. You'll leave with some kind of greasy residue all along your passenger side windows. I've mentioned this to the attendants but it's been like this for months! Would _not_ recommend at the moment until those problems are resolved. (Looking forward to the new wash in downtown Drip to complete their construction, then I'll never go back to Zip.)
I really had a great experience, seems like there has been an improvement in management as the staff took the extra time to ensure my vehicle was immaculate! Friendly faces with a can do attitude!!!!
The staff are friendly, but the machines show a lot of wear. Unfortunately, the wash doesn’t always get my car fully clean, especially in harder-to-reach spots. It’s okay for a quick rinse, but consistency could be improved.
