Loved my massage here. Some massage businesses can be hit or miss the first time, I was happy to find that Jay was very caring and made my comfort a priority. He asked me several times if I was comfortable and applied the perfect amount of pressure to gently help me release tension. It was obvious he was well-trained and was very thorough with his technique! I left feeling more at peace and relaxed. The office was also easy to find and booking was seamless online.

I had the most wonderful prenatal massage by Amy here! She is such a kind person, and gives an excellent rubdown. Looking forward to coming back as much as possible during my pregnancy and postpartum period :)

I’ve gotten massages globally and Jay is one of the best massage therapists I’ve worked with. Incredibly knowledgable of the body, understands what pressures work best for certain areas. I came in with a bad back, weak shins, and sore feet. No one is able to get the pinch out of my left nerve after a massage and Jay did it! I’m coming back to Austin in the fall and will be going back!
