First time visiting this place, and I was very impressed! They have customer service down perfectly—everyone made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The staff was friendly, courteous, and respectful. Victor was especially attentive, took the time to understand the look I was going for, and delivered exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with the result. I'll definitely be coming back!
I tried a few barbers in Austin after moving from Phoenix and Victor was the only one who actually listened and gave me the haircut I asked for. Some barbers do what they think is best and don’t get your input but Victor was the opposite. He suggested a few changes and a product for my hair which has made a huge difference. Very pleased and would recommend my guy Victor to anyone!
Josue is the man to go to when you need a fresh cut. Great guy to converse with and he does a really good job on my hair. It’s really hard to find barbers that know how to cut mixed hair and Josue knows what he’s doing. Profile Hair Studios is a great barbershop and I recommend anyone who wants it done the right way to head to Profile Hair Studios!
