He provides a thorough inspection with photos and is available for questions long afterward. What makes Don special is his candor and delivery. He lets you know what is really important, a safety issue or an expensive problem compared to the many other small easy fixes inexpensive repairs. Some inspectors present all repairs as urgent making you feel like a great house is about to collapse on your head. Don is exceptional.
