She is always clear with cues, great at explaining each move, and very attentive to form. Every class I take with her she has the best energy and is super supportive, helpful, and makes sure everyone feels confident and safe in class. Highly recommend!“

3823 Airport Blvd suite c, Austin“This place is so amazing. I really love it here! I started going after I injured my knee and I was able to build muscle strength back. Since then, I've been to so many of the different classes with different instructors and I love them all. I frequent the flows, but have done the Powerformer courses in the past. The integration of the TRX bands and the Pilates tower adds really great variety to get great workouts and keep your body strong and flexible!“

3110 Windsor Rd A, Austin“As a 73 year old woman, I have been a client for eleven years receiving private instruction twice a week. Sent to reform pilates by my doctor because of osteoporosis and low bone density in my back, the discipline of the work has straightened my spine and sent my osteoporosis back into osteopenia. My strength and balance issues have also been greatly improved. But, having Jenny as my dedicated instructor makes all the difference. She cares so deeply for my well-being that she researches and works to find workouts that address specific needs. Her compassion, love and dedication make each session a joy. Forever grateful I am to have found her and this incredible, healing practice.“

“If you're game for private or semi-private training, no matter your current fitness or experience level, you need to try Body Springs. I'd never done any Pilates before, but Vicki helped me truly fall in love with it. After a few months of working with her privately, supplemented by group classes, my entire body is feeling (& looking) SO much better that I don't think I could ever *stop* doing Pilates, even if I move away from Austin. Vicki is smart, thoughtful, attentive, professional, and experienced. More than that--her reputation precedes her among other Pilates instructors in Austin. Everyone knows she's one of the best, yet she's always humble & considerate. I'm so grateful that I found this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!“

The teachers are all comprehensively trained instructors with hours of continuing education under their belts. What is even more impressive is the personal attention they give to each and every one of their clients. They create thoughtful sessions and classes to meet the individual needs and goals of each of their clients. In addition they have created a warm and welcoming community. And best of all .....they make all your hard work seem like fun! You gotta go. You won't be disappointed.-Nancy Gwinnell Hurd- Peak Pilates® Master Instructor, Austin Pilates Barn Director“

11011 Domain Dr #115, Austin“Pure Pilates is a wonderful light and airy Pilates studio for my boutique intimate visits for when I'm looking to get my butt kicked for 50 minutes. I'm impressed to see this place is still as beautiful as the day I stopped by when I saw I came back in 2017, and now as a mom who needs to work on her mobility, health and core strength meets posture, this place did not disappoint!
I've met Zilla, who Ally, the owner teaches some sessions on Wednesdays and I can get my doggy cuddles while I am getting my Pilates workout on? Win win! Even better is they're close by my office, which makes it a quick walk over!
Sold! And with utilizing ClassPass and being friendly and no pressure, this is my kind of place and one that I plan to return to for a local boutique studio for my wellness and fitness goals!“

1414 S Lamar Blvd c101, Austin“I went to my first Pure Pilates class with ClassPass and enjoyed my experience! It's definitely more of a lagree-style class with the megaformer as opposed to the typical pilates reformer but I enjoy both styles so this wasn't an issue for me. Class: I really liked the instructor! She was very attentive and helpful when it came to form corrections. The class felt very quick but we covered quite a bit of exercises even though we only had 45 minutes. If you're a beginner I would suggest asking for a rundown of the machine and general exercises prior to the start of class. Studio: The space is very bright and has a good amount of mirrors so you can easily check your form. There are cubbies at the entrance to store your stuff. Parking: There's a parking garage attached to the building that's free for three hours.“

1011 E 5th St. Suite 130, Austin“The instructors at Pilates Club East are all very experienced, as is easily seen by reading their bio’s on the Pilates Club app, and based on my experience attending classes with Ala, Keeley, Eric, Veniese, Sara and Annalise over the last ten months. Their styles of instructing varies and they each change up their workouts from class to class. The variety keeps it interesting and provides a well rounded workout. I go about 3 x’s a week and do two flow classes and one cardio. I do have favorite instructors, but find them all more then competent.
Based on previous reviews, I’m guessing that before I started going there either their website lacked bio’s or they had less experienced instructors. That’s not the case now. It’s a relatively new business and perhaps there were some growing pains.
Both Beth and Marcus, who work up front, are very helpful.
A pro tip is that they are currently offering a discount on the class price for purchasing multiple classes, but the discounted price isn’t shown on the app, you need to either buy it at the studio or call them and buy it over the phone.“
