The Hotworx concept is fantastic and so good for overall well-being. I love the workouts, but on rough days I’ll sometimes just go in for a light stretch or meditation - the infrared sauna instantly lifts my mood. I also love being able to go in whenever I want; not having to stress about specific class times makes my days so much easier.
I’m so grateful to have found this location!“

1212 Chicon St #104, Austin“Julia McBride (ATX Chicon studio) is an excellent instructor— my favorite at the studio! She is always clear with cues, great at explaining each move, and very attentive to form. Every class I take with her she has the best energy and is super supportive, helpful, and makes sure everyone feels confident and safe in class. Highly recommend!“

1601 S 1st St Entrance on, W Monroe St, Austin“I’m new to Austin and this is by far the best Pilates place I’ve been to. I love that each instructor changes it up. Morgan kicked our butts in the best way, but all the girls are amazing! Reformer really does change your body.
Their playlists are the best and the space is too cute. I have a chest injury so modifications are necessary for me. I still get a great workout each class. The ending is the best part. I’m looking forward to trying more of what they offer like the mat class and facials.“

11005 Burnet Rd Suite 106, Austin“All of the instructors at this studio are wonderful! I am truly feeling and seeing a difference in my body after a little over a month of consistently attending classes. I also love how easy it is to see all of the class options and easily sign up for them/manage my class schedule through the app. The workouts are challenging yet fun & leave me excited to come in for my next class!“

8868 Research Blvd #701, Austin“I had THE BEST time in my first two classes at Laché! I signed up using the three class deal for new students and booked an all levels handstand class with Roy. The space was welcoming with many different apparatuses all around, which fed my amazement and wonder as someone who is seeking to advance my handstand skills as well as try new movement practices. Roy was super personable and made genuine effort to connect with every student from the start of the class until the very end. I learned warmups and skills I’d not tried before, and I loved that he set up stations with many different options to allow beginners to advanced students to practice their handstand techniques. He made himself available throughout, providing helpful cues, feedback, and encouragement. I appreciated that his approach is not rigid, but instead curious, open, and playful- like movement should be. The other students were regulars and super inviting, so much so that I stayed for the tumbling class right after. I’ve never tumbled before, so am a total beginner, and I was still able to learn at my pace and have a fun time. After the class I connected with the co-owner Tolly, who is so kind and inviting as well. She shared more about the history of Laché. I’m really excited to explore more classes and become a part of this community!“

11011 Domain Dr #115, Austin“I’ve had a membership at Pure for a little over two years and have never experienced this workout getting “old” or “boring”. Every class feels intentional and challenging without being intimidating. I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength, posture, and overall body awareness since joining. The small class sizes make it feel really personal, and the community here is so positive and encouraging. All of the instructors are amazing but would highly recommend Taylor R and Kristen N. Taylor taught my very first class two years ago and has consistently continued to not only teach amazing- very challenging classes but also insure that everyone does so safely. She has a very special way of making you feel welcome even when you may have no idea what’s going on (don’t worry you’ll catch on fast!). Kristen quickly became another instructor I enjoyed consistently signing up for! She greets everyone and is extremely kind no matter what’s happening! She plays some of the best music and makes sure the vibe is fun! I always feel like I got an amazing workout after her classes! You really can’t go wrong here!! I highly recommend trying Pure if you’re interested in Lagree!“
7AM - 7:30PM
1414 S Lamar Blvd c101, Austin“I went to my first Pure Pilates class with ClassPass and enjoyed my experience! It's definitely more of a lagree-style class with the megaformer as opposed to the typical pilates reformer but I enjoy both styles so this wasn't an issue for me. Class: I really liked the instructor! She was very attentive and helpful when it came to form corrections. The class felt very quick but we covered quite a bit of exercises even though we only had 45 minutes. If you're a beginner I would suggest asking for a rundown of the machine and general exercises prior to the start of class. Studio: The space is very bright and has a good amount of mirrors so you can easily check your form. There are cubbies at the entrance to store your stuff. Parking: There's a parking garage attached to the building that's free for three hours.“

5400 N Lamar Blvd #2004, Austin“Tim is hands-down one of the most knowledgeable, gifted, and personable functional movement practitioners I've ever worked with. He has helped me and my family immeasurably with a variety of movement and body pain issues. We recommend him to everyone we can. And his dog Steve will also give you some love while you work.“

3823 Airport Blvd suite c, Austin“This place is so amazing. I really love it here! I started going after I injured my knee and I was able to build muscle strength back. Since then, I've been to so many of the different classes with different instructors and I love them all. I frequent the flows, but have done the Powerformer courses in the past. The integration of the TRX bands and the Pilates tower adds really great variety to get great workouts and keep your body strong and flexible!“

3110 Windsor Rd A, Austin“As a 73 year old woman, I have been a client for eleven years receiving private instruction twice a week. Sent to reform pilates by my doctor because of osteoporosis and low bone density in my back, the discipline of the work has straightened my spine and sent my osteoporosis back into osteopenia. My strength and balance issues have also been greatly improved. But, having Jenny as my dedicated instructor makes all the difference. She cares so deeply for my well-being that she researches and works to find workouts that address specific needs. Her compassion, love and dedication make each session a joy. Forever grateful I am to have found her and this incredible, healing practice.“

8300 N FM 620 suite n-700, Austin“Zenergy Pilates is by far one of the best Pilates studios I have ever been to. The teachers are all comprehensively trained instructors with hours of continuing education under their belts. What is even more impressive is the personal attention they give to each and every one of their clients. They create thoughtful sessions and classes to meet the individual needs and goals of each of their clients. In addition they have created a warm and welcoming community. And best of all .....they make all your hard work seem like fun! You gotta go. You won't be disappointed.-Nancy Gwinnell Hurd- Peak Pilates® Master Instructor, Austin Pilates Barn Director“
“If you're game for private or semi-private training, no matter your current fitness or experience level, you need to try Body Springs. I'd never done any Pilates before, but Vicki helped me truly fall in love with it. After a few months of working with her privately, supplemented by group classes, my entire body is feeling (& looking) SO much better that I don't think I could ever *stop* doing Pilates, even if I move away from Austin. Vicki is smart, thoughtful, attentive, professional, and experienced. More than that--her reputation precedes her among other Pilates instructors in Austin. Everyone knows she's one of the best, yet she's always humble & considerate. I'm so grateful that I found this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!“

1011 E 5th St. Suite 130, Austin“The instructors at Pilates Club East are all very experienced, as is easily seen by reading their bio’s on the Pilates Club app, and based on my experience attending classes with Ala, Keeley, Eric, Veniese, Sara and Annalise over the last ten months. Their styles of instructing varies and they each change up their workouts from class to class. The variety keeps it interesting and provides a well rounded workout. I go about 3 x’s a week and do two flow classes and one cardio. I do have favorite instructors, but find them all more then competent.
Based on previous reviews, I’m guessing that before I started going there either their website lacked bio’s or they had less experienced instructors. That’s not the case now. It’s a relatively new business and perhaps there were some growing pains.
Both Beth and Marcus, who work up front, are very helpful.
A pro tip is that they are currently offering a discount on the class price for purchasing multiple classes, but the discounted price isn’t shown on the app, you need to either buy it at the studio or call them and buy it over the phone.“
