I have had the best experience with laser treatments with Kari at the Piazza Center. I wasn't fully satisfied with the results of a procedure I had previously had, and rather than go back under the knife, she recommended a laser treatment that might help. It worked so well and I am so much happier with my results. She has such a sweet spirit and she makes you feel so comfortable and cared for. She has also treated my scars and they are looking fantastic. She is always on time, my appointments are quick and painless, and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in laser treatments.

The entire process was seamless, from the pre-surgical process to the surgery center. I’m shocked to say it was an absolute joy. I have been seeing Kari at the Piazza Center for years and I cannot recommend her enough! I have been to 2 other places in Austin to get microneedling and I have not seen the results that I get from Kari. Your aesthetician matters and so many of them are not experts! Kari is amazing and my skin is literally glowing from microneedling with PRF. She never sells me on anything that I don’t need. She is honest and trustworthy and an expert at her craft!

I had Motiva preservé breast augmentation with dr Piazza in September and I have to say the results exceeded the expectations.
I was terrified to end up with a breast that looked fake like ALL the others. Everyone told me to not do it because they would look fake/ unnatural. Well, they were all wrong!
I went there with the expectation to have my breast from 10-15 years ago back. I didn’t want anything more just what I had lost.
That’s exactly what I got: a breast almost identical to what I had when I was young, very natural and perfect for my body. You can’t even tell I went through surgery.
The recovery was even better that what I thought. I didn’t need any pain medication and I was back to work from home the same day and in the lab the week after. I was able to clean the house and do everything on my own. I even went on a trip to Italy just 10days later. The breast was already very soft and looking natural just two weeks later.
Everyone says that it’s the most natural breast ever seen after augmentation.
I am glad I trusted Dr Piazza and followed his advice on the right size that was right for me.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish with Dr. Piazza and his team. He uses some super innovative techniques and I found my recovery time was super short. The whole team and everyone who supports (anesthesia, surgery center nurses etc- were fantastic) I feel like a million bucks.

I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Dr. Piazza and his team for my breast augmentation. If you are searching for a surgeon, look no further! He is incredible at what he does and he has an incredible team. Every part of the process was wonderful. My only regret is not doing this sooner. I am so happy with my results. Dr. Piazza and his team have exceeded my expectations(which were very high) throughout my surgical journey. I am 5 weeks out for full 360 lift/abdominoplasty following 150lb weight loss many years ago. I am astonished by the results so far. Dr. Piazza is a gifted surgeon and artist. The service his team has provided is next level. I did several consults before choosing them and feel so incredibly fortunate. This is the team to see for body work. Absolutely love this place! The team is incredibly professional and friendly, making sure you feel comfortable and happy with your results and decisions. I’ve had a lip flip, botox, and fillers, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcomes. Alison was exceptional — she explained everything in detail and was incredibly gentle with the injections.
