I love Nancy! It’s been over a year and my brows are still looking good! She is very meticulous and is a professional through and through. It helps she has a medical background too. Made sure I had enough topical numbing and the aftercare was printed out plus a care package with antibiotic gauze ice/cool pack q tips etc. it took awhile for me to decide the shape and she absolutely listens to you and gives honest feedback. Her expertise in the color match was on point I chose a darker shade but hers matched my complexion better. She takes her time and is gentle but precise.

I loved how professional and personable Nancy was. She took her time to find out exactly what I wanted and she also suggested what would look nice on me. She measured me carefully. drew in my eyebrows, checked to see if I liked them, altered them accordingly, then when I was happy with how they looked, she mixed up a few different browns and I chose the one I liked best, she suggested the one slightly lighter in color than the one I chose and Im glad I went with her suggestion. My brows look beautiful I get compliments on them all the time and one of my friends will be making an appointment with Nancy within the coming months :) 5 stars all the way. Very happy.
