Perma Pier is the way to go if you’re looking for a company that will honor their warranty. The warranty manager, Jonathan Hart reached out and addressed some concerns I had immediately.

I needed foundation work and was very nervous about it. Julio and Kevin and the team that came to my house did a great job. They were so professional and efficient. It really calmed my nerves. They were very responsive to all my questions as well.

William Grazecki might be the most helpful person I've ever met throughout my first home purchase. He came out and inspected my foundation to see if I needed to do anything to my foundation. At the moment, I do not need to do anything. However, he was the first person who showed me that the insulation falling down was potentially water damage after having 3 different inspectors (house and mold) in my basement/crawl space. He also made sure to point out other areas such as cracks that needed to be caulked and dirt levels that needed to be lowered to ensure water doesn't come through my foundation.
