I’ve always had good experiences here (mani/pedi). Lena runs a very efficient operation and has amazing customer service skills and a great staff. If she taught a business management course I’d sign up for it.
The first time I’ve gone to a nail shop and not be disappointed with something! I didn’t get the lady’s name of who did my pedicure, but she was so sweet!
Tao did my nails and let me just say - she did her THING! She kept making sure everything was to my liking, very attentive to detail, and just all around amazing!
I definitely recommend visiting this spot!
my usual nail spot had a wait time so i decided to look for a place closer to me and found pearl nails and spa! called before getting there to see if i can do a walk in, they said yes, and got seated immediately! hannah did my toes and she did an amazing job! will be coming back!!
