We are pleased to say we are happy with Patriot Pools. They have had their ups and downs with changing employees. I’ve had my differences with our current tech, Jeremy Ward, and his manager, Billy. I am happy to say they both have worked with me and explained what they are doing. Keep up the good work.

I rarely need to call contractors to my home, but when I do I pay close attention to the way they conduct business. I was thoroughly impressed with Brian (call taker) and Patrick (Service Tech). From the beginning, Brian listened to all my needs and continued with urgency and great communication. They came up with an extremely cost effective solution and presented me with an honest quote. Patrick was here the next day ready to go. He was professional, intelligent, clean cut and knew exactly what I needed. He quickly had my new pump installed and showed me how to use it.
