Just received my first treatment for underneath chin/neck area. Very friendly atmosphere. Holly did my first treatment and she was amazing and thoroughly explains how it works and what to expect. Awesome experience!!

The people are absolutely amazing there. This was my first time getting hair removal and of course my nerves got the best of me. The ladies were so helpful, and I never uncomfortable at all. I will definitely recommend to others!

10/10. Amazing laser spa in Austin. I started getting laser treatments in 2024 and Hillary is the absolute best! She is so professional, easy to talk to and helped me understand the process from the very beginning and has always made me feel incredibly comfortable during my sessions. Super easy to make an appointment and make changes if I’ve ever needed to cancel or reschedule. Pricing is also incredibly affordable. I wish I started my LHR journey sooner. Thank you Hillary & the Elements team!
