Our experience with OD Homes was exceptional from start to finish. The attention to detail and responsiveness during the construction process was outstanding. We lived in a distant city during construction and needed someone we could trust to do the right thing in our absence. OD delivered.
Eric, Troy and the OD Team delivered our dream home and we couldn't be happier!
I can't speak more highly of the team at Olson Defendorf. I'm in the commercial real estate development industry so I understand what it takes to GC a project. The Olson Defendorf team is top class and have been great to deal with from start to finish. I can't speak highly enough of them.
We hired Olson Defendorf to rebuild our home in 2023. Eric and his team walked us through each step of the homebuilding process, guiding us through all the decisions that needed to be made. They made the process as easy as it could, our project manager was great, and we're still extremely happy with the end product a couple years after move-in.
