From the moment I sat down, Ruby took the time to really listen. She asked about my hair concerns, styling challenges, goals, and what I was hoping to achieve. Loooove Nova!! I scheduled a cut with Natalie and I was so happy with how it turned out! She cut at least 8 inches off and gave me the style that I was looking for. She was also so sweet and so easy to talk to. I felt like she'd been cutting my hair for years.
