At the same time, I do think CSMA could benefit from having more organized and consistent systems for addressing client needs and following up on concerns. There were times when the process felt disorganized, and I found myself having to navigate issues that could have been handled more efficiently.

Ultimately, Stephanie was the person who consistently went above and beyond and made me feel like my concerns were actually being heard. CSMA is fortunate to have someone like her on their team. I hope the organization can build more systems around the level of service and care that Stephanie provides individually.
