Colton provided me with an arsenal of exercises that tremendously helps the pain in my knees, hips and lower back without surgery or pain meds. He is knowledgeable and professional, makes a great coach and PT. Natural Fit is a 1 on 1 PT facility. Clean facility. All the workers are friendly. Thanks for ur time.
Colton, my PT is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had 1 on 1 PT that helps my constant knees, back and hip pain. I have days where I can walk without experiencing pain in my knees without surgery or pain medication. He provided me with an arsenal of exercises to continue my well being.
