Damian came out today to check our house and yard for rodents since I noticed some dropping in the garage. He was so polite and focused and explained several areas that could be a problem for us. All contacts with Natran have been positive, from the woman who signed us up to the 2 technicians who promptly showed up to do our initial visit. The technicians were so polite and informed—answered all our questions and shared things we’d never been told before by our former pest control company. They did a very thorough job.
