Frank, Vanessa and the whole Namco team did an amazing job in their coordination efforts and in replacing the tile in our master bathroom. They also did some drywall repair due to a leak we had sprung in our master bathroom. The team was knowledgeable and punctual. Highly Recommend them!!!
Namco Builds helped me salvage my home after a flooding incident. While their response time was decent, there were a few hiccups along the way. The initial assessment seemed rushed, leading to some missed spots during the restoration process. The end result was satisfactory, but I felt that attention to detail was lacking. Their customer service, however, was friendly and they did address my concerns when I brought them up. A bit of improvement could make them a top-notch choice.
