I was shocked he did everything that was required from start to finish! I’ve never heard of a builder doing this but…
The house we purchased less than a year ago was built in 2021 and it has a casita attached to it with a breezeway. A month ago the AC quit working. Come to find out the builder put the AC unit in a space above the ceiling and you have less than 2 feet to the roof. You can’t crawl in the space because of the studs, electrical and etc. He also closed it in without a way to access it. David was amazing! He was quick and thorough, which is exactly what I was looking for with a two month old knowing it would require louder noises. He showed up on time. Offered to do more work on the project if I wanted and didn’t make me feel pressured. left the place, clean and tidy, even though I told him not to worry about it. I do need more work done and would be more than happy to have David in my home again.
I requested a front door repair. It was handled quickly and after some repair, its almost completely fixed. The technician helped me too in suggesting some things I could do to help avoid future issues. I would call them again if needed.
