Mike did an amazing job - he not only replaced broken nozzles but took the time to reposition them so they are spraying in the right direction. He introduced himself and asked for my feedback and was very professional. I wish I had this technician every time!
Michael S. was great! He let me know in advance of his arrival ... asked if I had any questions or concerns ... and then proceeded to address and resolve same in a professional manner ... including multiple necessary nozzle adjustments. Michael also took the time to explain in layperson's terms MN's strategy for the upcoming summer 'mosquito season' --- which I greatly appreciated, as I live adjacent to a large body of resting water --- which includes a higher concentration of active ingredient, without increasing any risks to my family or property. Michael's customer service level is exceptional ... and much appreciated!!
Mosquito NIX is one impressive operation. They offer an organic, natural, essential oil product the works cooperatively with any surrounding ecosystem, including natural bodies of water.
