Really lovely custom facial, for how expensive this is compared to other local Austin spas I would expect better accommodations, disappointed the showers weren’t working during my treatment.
One of the best no-nonsense spa experiences I’ve had in a while. The space is clean, fresh, and truly relaxing. I was slightly sad to be not able to use the steam amenities as they were temporarily not functional.
Most importantly, the massage was exactly what I needed after a few stressful weeks. Rachel was amazing—skilled, considerate, and incredibly welcoming. Her positive energy made the entire experience even better.
From check-in to the treatment to checkout, everything was seamless—and they even sent me off with a thoughtful goodie bag.
