Working with Mike over the last 12months has totally transformed my recovery from nervous system central sensitisation and chronic back/neck pain, following a spinal sport injury. I felt supported and very well guided throughout some of the hardest stages of the recovery process, which I will forever be grateful for. His depth of knowledge and flexibility in applying techniques to suit an individuals personal case is exceptional. I would recommend him without hesitation.
