Michelle hooked me up with a routine oil change and ended up finding super vital problems that would’ve definitely gone unnoticed if someone attentive didn’t bring these things to my attention with this recently purchased used SUV. My entire experience with Midas was exceptional. I originally went in for an oil change, but ended up needing new brakes and CV axles as well. Michelle, the store manager, was incredible throughout the entire process. She kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything before any work was done, and made sure there were no surprises. I really appreciated how honest, knowledgeable, and patient she and her team were. They even arranged an Uber home for me while my car was being worked on, which made everything so much easier.
