Mia Aesthetics Austin

Mia Aesthetics Austin is known for its skilled and compassionate staff, particularly Dr. Kashyap, who is praised for his calm demeanor and thorough communication during procedures. Patients appreciate his ability to ease nerves and provide exceptional care, leading to amazing results. One patient shared that Dr. Kashyap performed a mommy makeover on 7/15/24 and was very patient, understanding, and professional throughout, even helping with complications that required additional surgery and follow-ups. The team’s professionalism and genuine care have made a positive impact, with some describing the results as the best they could have hoped for. The front desk staff, especially Iyana Crew, is recognized for her excellent customer service, patience, helpfulness, and friendly attitude. Many reviews mention that the staff is friendly, informative, and makes patients feel like family.

Patients also appreciate the thorough care from pre-op to post-op, mentioning that the staff and surgeon are friendly and attentive. One reviewer highlighted that the surgeon had a clear vision and was straight to the point, which contributed to their satisfaction with the results. However, some reviews note issues with communication, especially regarding surgery scheduling and timing. Patients felt that surgery times should be communicated earlier, rather than just a day before. There was also a mention of waiting times and a staff member in the halls who seemed unhappy to be there, which was less reassuring during the process. Overall, Mia Aesthetics Austin offers quality care and attentive staff, but could improve in scheduling and communication to enhance the patient experience.
