I strongly advise against this place. It is so difficult to get anything done. Took months for them to accept paperwork from my the doctors office, and then weeks to schedule. Avoid and go somewhere else. Patient needs are not a priority

Would not send my worst enemy here. To start with— no hand hygiene… No handwashing between touching clients. Why this was not happening is beyond disgusting. Second, poor IV placement and the nurse who placed it even acknowledged it wasn’t all the way in, no apology for the pain. This place is set up strange. 5 chairs in one small room, and an infusion chair in the waiting room. They had a client in that chair when I was leaving. Save yourself some stress and travel to IVX Health… 100x better.

I do not recommend this infusion center. I originally reviewed them on Google, and it has since been removed. I’m unsure why my review was removed from Google - so I am attaching the screenshot of my review here.
The entire communication with corporate regarding my experience (several blown veins two apts in a row) was unprofessional. Not once did I receive any apology for my experience or any word that they would try their best to clear things up so it didn’t happen again. I just kept being reminded of the employee’s credentials, that it was the catheters they used, and that they’ve never received a complaint regarding this employee.
