Master Perkins clearly cares about his students and their progress. His studio is clean and he emphasizes safety. Appropriate mix of poomsae, self defense, and sparring following the WT/Kukkiwon curriculum. Classes are much smaller than other places (around 4-6 students) which ensures a lot of individual attention.
