After being contacted by the actual manager she was very communicative and genuinely cared about the situation she made it up to us and put us with AMAZING THERAPIST go see Steven he’s amazing !!! My boyfriend also got an amazing facial by Azzy and he loved it ! I just wish they had a month to month membership I would have definitely signed up for it ! But still there memberships are a great deal and the actual manager is amazing will definitely return !

Wonderful place truly attentive staff, the environment is soo relaxing the little waiting room is nice. I have had ongoing back pain and Janette was extremely reassuring throughout my massage. I felt very comfortable and taken care of. Will be coming back :P

Ask for Carlos ( Masseuse ) and Azzy (esthetician)! I’ve been a SPM Massage Envy customer for years and feel confident I know what quality service looks like. You will remember your service with these therapists. If you’re looking for lasting effects with therapists who know what they’re doing I’d give them a visit.
