So nice. I was having a really bad day and didn’t know what I wanted. She explained the whole process and was really considerate of what I liked and went from there. She made my day so much better. I loved my new set.

I thought they still had an hour until close but apparently they were closing when I walked in. they insisted on taking care of me anyway. Bottom line, the sweetest most accommodating nail techs I've ever met! They truly care about making a relationship with their clients. Customer service 10/10.

I finally found my spot!! I have been trying to find a nail salon in Austin that I really like and haven't had the best luck until today. This little mom and pop place is tiny and cute. It's just a sweet married couple who work here. They really care about their customers and seem to love what they do and have been doing it for over 20 years. The man spent so much time and effort making sure I had a good experience and this is definitely my new place. Not to mention the amazing foot massage. Love it here, yay!!
