I was in and out in four hours, the aunties got me right. They are quick, sweet and the hair looks neat. The atmosphere was filled with peace. I have finally found a good braider in this area of Texas!

Farah is great, shes communicates, is professional, great pricing and id willing to work with you when needed. Her set up is awesome and offers amazing snacks. Love my hair as well. This is my second time booking with her and I love it. Almost all of her braiding services include the hair as well.

I have been in the Austin area over a month and been looking for a new beautician. I did my research and checked the reviews. Even though every review wasn't a good one. The way she responded and cared to explain caught my attention. She went out of her way to make things right and better for her customers. That made me say yes this is a great beautician. Go check her out!! I haven't gotten braids in years but decided why not. Let's give it a try and glad I did. Farah is a lovely beautician with great hard working staff. Before starting my hair she asked if I was tender headed. Which I have never really gotten asked before when getting my hair done!!! She made sure to double check and ask what style I was getting and what type of hair I'd like; which she provides!!! I'm a sew in girly and she also does those as well!! I will be getting more braids because of her and how well she treated my hair and her chair manner. It was a great experience and she is my new beautician. Thank you Farah!!!

Getting my hair done here has been a great experience. She is very helpful and the communication has been great. I was able to express my needs and she gave me style options based off my needs and wants. The consult was very thorough and she was very nice. I recommend 10/10. The employees were very nice, fast and thorough as well!! Will be back!

Farrah and her teamreally do great work, but in regards to time and respecting schedules (rebooking). I'm eating this shop a 3. My time as their is valuable and I had to mention it 3x and had to ask for a follow up for the moved apt.
