I go regularly to see Hannah for TMJ/Intraoral massage for my jaw tension - if you clench your jaw or are hypermobile too, definitely worth it! Hannah makes me feel super comfortable and listens to my concerns and tailors the session to what I need. They’re very knowledgeable about the potential causes and underlying issues, as well as being really skilled in massage to leave my jaw feeling better and less tight. Highly recommend!!!
