We have not been happy with Maidtopia. In 7 months we were with them, there were a few items treated roughly (shelves knocked off wall; air conditioner vent knocked out of window; wall hangings accidentally knocked off multiple times); the cleaner was regularly late with a different excuse most visits (flat tire, traffic, behind a funeral procession, stuck in mud, held up by train, alarm didn’t go off, car trouble, road shut down, had to stop for cleaning supplies — these are literal excuses documented via texts); and cleaner often did not stay for three hours during purchased three hour cleanings (usually staying 1.5-2 hours, until I questioned what was happening).... read full review

I've been living in the same apartment for 2 years WITH a dog! So you can imagine the buildup of non-daily areas. I used Maidtopia for their "Deep clean" service and was blown away! This place is cleaner than when I originally moved in; I've been walking around trying to find dirt or cobwebs somewhere but haven't yet! 100% would recommend. I did originally have an issue with one of the ceiling fans not being dusted that I wanted to bring to their attention. No arguments, didn't even have to ask, Eli had a crew out the next day to take care of it! Awesome service and awesome customer service! Thanks Eli and crew!

One word. PERFECT! This was our first time using Maidtopia Cleaning Service and it won't be our last. They cleaned things we didn't even know needed cleaning and reminded us what it was like to step into a new smelling home. I would completely recommend them to anyone! :)
