Nobody turned up for the appointment. Sent numerous voicemails, emails and call and yet nobody even responded back. Such an unprofessional service. I would not recommend this service anywhere.

Had Maidsway come out for a deep clean before hosting a big family event and they absolutely delivered. Every room was spotless — bathrooms, kitchen, floors, everything. Really friendly team too. Booking them regularly going forward.

Unfortunately, I am not sure the one star would even be valid as I had no service to even judge. This was a no-call, no-show. I booked the service almost a month ago and received a confirmation message. As we got closer, I received an automated reminder texts 48 hrs and then 24 hrs before. The day of, my card was charged.
As my arrival window time neared closer; I noticed no employee had been assigned to the job yet from my profile on the company dashboard. I emailed them inquiring if this service was still happening and to please let me know. The hour window came and went and in that period and after I had called twice, left a message, and even used their contact form because I had fully exhausted all my options of communication with them.
I chose to go with Maidsway based on a high recommendation from a friend that has used them for years. Even she was shocked and said that if they were running late they always called to give a heads-up. It has been over a day later and I still have not heard back ... extremely disappointing as I had made arrangements for my sensitive pets, rearranged my house so that it would be easy access for them to clean, and planned my day/work schedule around this..during a time where I really needed help with the house and trusted this service to follow through. My money was taken with no explanation or offer of a reschedule or refund.

Maidsway has been my go-to cleaning service in Austin for two years now. They offer maid service, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out packages. The crew is always professional and the results are consistently great. Highly recommend.

Used Maidsway for a move-out clean on my rental in Austin and they did an incredible job. The place looked better than when I moved in — every corner, appliances inside and out, grout looking white again. Got my full deposit back. Worth every penny.

I made an appointment and paid in advance, but no one showed up on the scheduled day. I waited for over 3 hours, called, left a voice mail, and sent an email. However, no one responded. After over 3 hours of waiting, my appointment disappeared off my portal. I have not been refunded. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.

The cleaners are great! Corporate charged me an extra $109 without asking me if it was okay or explaining anything. I do not appreciate that and will not use again.
