We just used MaidPro for the first time and they did an excellent job on our house in Spicewood. The place was spotless. I also had a few questions and David, the General Manager, was super responsive and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Reyna, Katherine, and Goodoluro (sp?) arrived within the time I was given. They started working immediately and efficiently and professionally cleaned my 2 story home. They asked me to check their work before they left to ensure I was satisfied. When I told one of them it was not necessary to turn down any of the beds in the future, she tried to remake it! I highly recommend MaidPro for your housecleaning needs. Reyna, Katherine, and Goodoluro were outstanding, and I hope this team comes for my next cleaning.

At maidpro they are exploiters of employees, the owner is Mayra Meneses and David, the manager is Wilson and the manager is the worst, he treats people extremely badly and many people left work because of him, since he wants to charge 4 dollars for training to each worker and in addition they pay the old workers more and the new people never get a raise, apart from that you have to provide your own car and for every time you can't go to work they ask you for a medical certificate and if you don't have The uniform that only they give you, the shirt and pants, we have to buy ourselves, they demand that you wear it and if you don't they will return you to your house, apart from the fact that there are very few hours of work and if they feel like it Mayra Meneses gives the hours to the old workers and she will send you to rest and for that she does not need a medical certificate because she does whatever she wants with the workers, she sends you the longest routes at the end of the day, it is more distance you travel in the car than the distance you travel at work, and it retains your checks if you are absent for any reason. Wilson wanted to take one of my checks just because I didn't deliver an apron and I agreed to come by later to drop it off. I lasted 10 months working there with the hope that my salary will be increased, they paid me 16 dl per hour worked inside the house if it happened to me on time. (They don't pay it) and the workers who have been working for a year are paid 18 or 19 dollars an hour, and they want to pay the new workers 12 dollars an hour. A lot of what they pay if sometimes they only give 4 or 5 hours of work, during that time that I was working there my truck broke down because I was traveling so much, they don't care what happens to you, they only care that you get the job out of them, apart from the fact that they They treat you as if you were going to steal material from them, they question you all the time.
