The coaches are super friendly, consistent, and have a passion for what they do. Highly recommended if you like circuit based workouts or looking to improve strength ANS endurance.

First time visiting the area and came across these sessions. They’re really intensive with unique exercises that keep things engaging. The coaching is strong and the group of participants adds to the energy. Would definitely recommend.

I was just visiting but had a great workout on an anaerobic day! Mel introduced me to everything before we got started and provided coaching along the way. The circuit was challenging and the music was great. They provided plenty of weights and want you to go as hard as you can.
