What a fantastic experience!
I confess to being very nervous beforehand but once I was on my gentle horse, Julius, I loved every moment. The trail ride was 90 minutes of being guided through the Texas Hill Country by Liam and Esther. There were 5 of us on the trail all of us beginners and at no point did I feel out of my depth. The trail took us through a creek, under a fallen tree and over some fallen logs. The horses were very experienced and easy to handle. This was a fun experience and I would recommend it to anyone, whether experienced or a beginner like me. Esther & Garrett were wonderful ! We visited as 3 adults and two 6-7 year old boys, none of us with real riding experience. They were very accommodating. So grateful for their help. Horses are awesome and very well accustomed to new riders. Tour was great and service impressive . We saw deer and all kinds of flowers. Don't miss the sweet cats
Great day out at Lone Star, absolutely everyone at the property were very welcoming and looked after us brilliantly.
Special shout out to Chris who hosted our skeet shooting session, and walked us around the property showing us all the animials including the longhorns.
