Roof replacement due to age, so insurance wouldn’t cover it. Travis worked with me on a fair price, which I really appreciated. The crew showed up on schedule and completed the entire job in one day. They laid out large tarps around the house to catch debris and were very respectful throughout the process. They left my yard spotless and even checked with my neighbor to tidy up any pieces that went over the fence. What I thought was rotted plywood turned out to be a loose fascia board. It wasn’t included in the original scope, but they had someone who could fix it right away along with a loose gutter, and it was all done with no delays. I worked with Alex Morose. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. They replaced my entire roof almost in 1 day. They had to come back the next day to finish up a few things. They did an amazing job and cleaned everything up before they left. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.
Kevin Castellanos, with LOA Construction, did an excellant job on the on the roof repairs to our house. He was able to determine the location of the water leak and come up with a plan.
