UPDATE: I heard from owner’s father who shipped the fixture to me a couple of weeks ago— he said his son has been ill.I have been trying to get a fixture I ordered and paid for over 2 months ago to no avail. I’ve called and repeatedly emailed — on February 26th I called and spoke to owner Who said he was shipping my fixture that day. The fixture did not get shipped that day or any day since then. I followed up with him the following week, and he apologized and said they had a work emergency the prior week. We’re now in April and I’m getting no response to my requests for a refund. We can't say enough good things about Lightcrafters and Kent S. Over the span of 25 years he's helped us with exterior lighting on three new homes. We worked with him on our custom home in Austin and then, after we moved up to the Pacific Northwest, we communicated with him remotely to provide exterior fixtures on a home project up here. A few years still later, we again communicated for another custom home project in the Pac NW. After many years, the lights still look wonderful. Great quality, tremendous value, a pleasure to work with.

We ordered the 6x8x4" interior sconce in raw copper as we want a natural patina to develop. The light is stunning and well made. Electrician hubby has high expectations. He loves this light. We had a couple of questions prior to ordering, so I called Lightcrafters. A friendly employee transferred me to Kent, who was helpful and equally friendly. After the sconce arrived we had a question about how best to clean it. Emailed Kent and received a prompt and helpful response. We are thrilled with the quality of the light and the customer service, and to be able to support a small business. We'll order again from Lightcrafters.
