LifeSpa is a full-service spa offering massage, facials, hair styling, and nails. Clients do not need to be a Life Time member to enjoy the services, and a full day pass to the gym is included on the day of a service. One client described a dry sculpting cut as the best haircut ever, calling it high impact and low maintenance. For nails, Jessica is highly recommended for her professionalism and knowledge, with clients noting her help with at-home care and red light therapy for hands. Another long-time client praised Erica as a 12/10 nail tech who has mastered every requested style. Sam Trinh is also recognized for being very thorough and kind. For massage, Carrie is celebrated for being very knowledgeable about the body, providing the perfect amount of pressure to relieve lower back pain. Jessica is the only person I will ever let touch my nails! She absolutely knows what she’s doing and has helped me with how to care for my hands and feet at home for in between visits. She is very professional and personable. My self care days are always better when Jessica gets me right. She also has red light therapy that my hands are so thankful for! They are looking better with every visit! Hands and feet are 100% when I leave! Totally recommend if you’re looking for a great manicurist and a relaxing time!
