My husband and I switched from Equinox to Lifetime in January of this year, and we are so glad we did. The offerings Lifetime has are amazing - we love the variety of classes, especially GTX (like orange theory) and Alpha (kind of like intro to CrossFit!). We also love the amenities- especially the dry sauna and steam room!I also had a goal of losing body fat for 2024, so I hired a trainer here. I have always been pretty athletic so I never saw myself hiring a trainer, but I am sooo glad I did. If you are looking to dial in your nutrition, get healthy and get your body looking right, I HIGHLY recommend the trainer McKay Stewart! He specializes in nutrition and fat loss....read full review

I love this facility, it has indoor and outdoor pools perfect for any kind of weather it gets packed around 5-8 pm every day but it has great areas for cardio, different saunas and vapor room, locker rooms have razors, hair dryers and it's all kept well been going here for years now

If you don’t have kids/don’t need the amenities like day care etc.. it’s a bit of a rip off. 200 dollars for a single membership ?I switched over to another one down the street for 10 bucks and the gym itself (workout area) is nicer/larger . If you have a large family, play pickle ball/basketball , this place makes sense .For just a single membership, it’s overpriced .
