I love Joe. He is so much fun to talk to and I always get a great haircut and have interesting conversations. I leave feeling better than when I walked in every time.
I don't doubt that he rubs some people the wrong way when I've read some of the lower reviews here - he's a unique character with a strong personality.
However, he is a skilled barber and a chill dude charging a reasonable price - not to be competitive but to try to keep his services accessible for new Austinites and his regulars alike.
I feel lucky to have him right down the street and have no hesitation giving him a 5 star review and recommending him to everyone I know.
