The space is welcoming and clean. My clinician made me feel comfortable and she made sure that I had what I needed including after care information. I have noticed a difference after a few sessions and will continue my treatments with LaserAway! Thanks yall!!!

I came in for my very first potenza session and was immediately greeted by Lesley (clinic director) and Kelsey (clinic lead). This was my first time doing anything like this and I was very nervous. Lesley and Kelsey were so unbelievably sweet, and made me feel SO welcomed and comfortable. They offered me a blanket, stress ball, and water & assured me that I would be in the best hands. They totally calmed my anxiety. I was blown away by their phenomenal customer service. While numbing, they came into my room and answered every single question I had. I want to start by saying this is the first time in my life that I am actually doing something for my self. I mustered the courage to try some self attention. I am currently using the services of LaserAway here in Austin. The Domain location. I was blown away from the professionalism and attention to detail on how to treat new and current prospects. The office staff there are Slaying it or are so Exceptional @ what they do. Shout out to Kelsay, Sara, Sarah, and Michelle who made me feel like Fam.
