Lala’s massages are truly a cosmic gift. A massage for both the physical and energetic body. She is highly intuitive and so great at customizing the session as she works and listens to your body’s needs. It has always been difficult for me to truly relax during massages - but with Lala, I felt like I was floating off into a nebula. Her grounding energy brought me back to earth before getting in my car to drive home. Lala is MAGIC and you should definitely experience her massages for yourself!!

I feel very lucky to take part in the practice Lala offers. The integrated massage is an otherworldly full body experience—restorative, serene, and balancing. She always checks in on how you're feeling to craft the service to your needs. TMJ, draining lymphs, crainosacral, reiki... She does it all AND teaches you along the way so you can integrate bits and pieces of the tools into your everyday. Her monthly Somatic Movement + Reiki Soundbaths are also something I regularly look forward to.
