They found a few spots that needed repairing. They sent a quote and pictures. In addition they repaired my roof a few years back for a leak and raccoon damage. I recently found a roof leak and then contacted Lake Travis Roofing for a consultation and work quote. Tiles needed to be repaired in three areas, as evidenced by photos the technician showed me.
