I thoroughly agree with all of the positive comments about Omer: Professional, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable. Great company, well-equipped, reasonably priced. I was a case-study in how NOT to maintain my dryer duct: It had been almost 20 years since it had been cleaned. We bought a new drier, which shut down due to restricted air flow. I had had a competitor come out the day before Omer's visit; while friendly, all they had was a hand-operated floppy brush more suited to HVAC ducts. They had no luck, and suggested I just move the dryer out to the garage and put in a new duct!
