Ask for Alex! This was amazing - my body was super locked up and Vanessa told me to see Alex and boy was she right!
Alex was able to not only work on my locked up back but help me understand my hips were curling inward and it was effecting how I walked and moved! After an hour session it made me want to move to Austin just to be close to this amazing center of healing and education. I highly recommend coming here if your body isn’t doing what it should - they are here to help you be you again! Just wow.
