    I'm so pleased with Kelly Personal Training as the facility meets my needs. My goal was to have meaningful, focused, intense strength training that largely aligns with the concepts outlined by Dr. Doug McGuff in Body by Science. The equipment is high quality MedX specifically calibrated for this style of slow, steady strength training. My trainer, Jared, brings subject matter expertise tailoring my workouts to fit my goals. He ensures my workouts are balanced, hitting upper, lower and core muscles. These workouts are uncomfortable/painful by design, but he makes the pushing to failure bearable such that I look forward to every session.

    You've got to try it to believe it. Jared will push you to your absolute limit and help you elevate your workouts.

    As a guy that mostly does free weights I was a bit skeptical that I would get anything out of a gym that only has machines.

    Boy was I wrong! These machines are calibrated in such a way to squeeze every drop of strength out of you while preventing any risk of injury.

    This is unlike any workout I've ever done. 1-2 sets until you max out. 1-2 times a week is all you need to help you get stronger.

    I had a great time training with Jared!
    The exercises are safe and the workouts are fast.
    Everyone that works there is super knowledgeable and friendly.
    I got strong very quickly and was able to have a lot of energy sustain throughout my day.
