K&M was easy to schedule with, on time, and did a terrific job. Their guys were friendly and got the jobs (carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning) done efficiently. Very pleased with our experience. Update: Used K&M Steam Cleaning again and had another good experience. Tyler and Travis were terrific and the carpets look great. Happy repeat customers.

I had a pet stain for my sick cat. They let me take the cushion to them and they thoroughly cleaned it and I picked it up two days later. I did let the cushions stay outside and protected area to let it air out from the cleaners Used. I had a great result .
