My grandson wasn't being fed, bathed and when I stayed Monday-Thursday, absolutely no on one night shift came in to change him, bath him or he'll see if he was alive. We toured this facility to see if it would be a great fit for our family member that suffered a TBI accident. We found this issue within 5-10 mins of driving the property around. If this is the kind of care they have for their supplies/equipment. I can only imagine the kind of care of will get here. If this is the best LTAC option within the Austin, TX area, then this is concerning.
