I booked a massage with Lorna after seeing her recommended several times in a local moms' Facebook group. I had been dealing with stubborn pain in my glute and hamstring, and after just one session I noticed a significant improvement. She was knowledgeable, took the time to understand the issue, and really focused on the areas that needed attention.
