What can I say. Like many others my company was sidelined by Covid and a quarantine shut down. For a business so used to seeing clients face to face and closing deals with a handshake, I needed to pivot ASAP. It in a Pinch was outstanding. Their team is by far the best in the area. Prior to IT in a pinch, I was with a larger IT support company and, it's night and day difference. We currently get all of our telephones serviced and supported by them and get ad hoc computer support when needed. Each representative that comes out is not only capable, but friendly and each of our employees can actually understand what they're doing when they implement a fix. Would highly recommend.

The guys in this company have good intentions, but their capabilities are limited (or they are just swamped) so they don't complete their tasks in a timely or correct way.
