The start of my time with Ideal Image (Face to Face Spa) was horrible. However, once Michelle became manager, her and her team have turned things around. Michelle has a professional understanding of customer service. It is hard to get appointments, but the team is good at what they do.

I paid in advance for Botox and filler and after that the consultant told me my appointment is going to be until February 2022?! Really?! Is December!
And my appointment for filler had to be canceled until they have someone available to make the procedure.
So disappointing ! I can not be more mad .
None of the two locations here in Austin Texas helped me.
They put me in a waiting to perhaps call me if there is a cancellation.
This is the 3th this happen since i start purchasing Botox.
I never get a call and they have my money and make me wait until they want.
Take your business somewhere else.
I dont recommend this place at all
